I have been referencing hella comic books I’m especially interested in romance at this time, mid century aesthetics and just the dialogue of how writers were creating dialogue to express people falling in love. Sometimes it’s complex getting together with someone in the city, so I selected some panels that I thought were interesting in the world of dating. Everyone is always obsessed with dating and relationships, pleasure & pain, and being movers & shakers. Sometimes it’s interesting to draw from nostalgic imagery to find common ground among people. It’s been some time since I’ve enjoyed a passionate, loving, affectionate lip lock like this here. Maybe I just need to crack sumn. In the meantime this cozy jacquard knit will hold me tight.
